CuddlyCoos Farm Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement
By booking and/or participating in a session at CuddlyCoos Farm, I (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that visiting a working farm and participating in animal interactions—including but not limited to cuddling, feeding, holding, or being near farm animals—involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, scratches, bites, kicks, allergic reactions, slips or falls, and other injuries.
I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge CuddlyCoos Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.
3. Health & Conduct Acknowledgement
I confirm that:
• I am physically and mentally able to participate in the session.
• I do not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation (including severe allergies).
• I agree to follow all posted rules and verbal instructions provided by farm staff.
• I understand that failure to follow rules may result in removal from the session without refund
4. Minors
If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and agree to all terms on the minor’s behalf. I accept full responsibility for supervising the minor at all times.
5. Photo & Media Release (Optional but Recommended)
I grant permission to CuddlyCoos Farm to use photographs or videos taken during the session for promotional or marketing purposes, unless I notify the farm in writing prior to the session.
6. Binding Agreement
I understand that this agreement is legally binding. I have read it fully, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
