Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance of is due 30 days before the wedding. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation.

Animal Safety

Guests must follow handler instructions. Children must be supervised. Animals may not be fed

without permission.

Weather Policy

If severe weather or unsafe conditions make travel or participation unsafe, Cuddly Coos Farm may

modify or cancel services for the safety of the animals.

Venue Requirements

Client agrees to provide safe unloading access, a suitable interaction area, venue approval for

animals, and water if needed.

Liability

The client acknowledges that interactions with animals involve inherent risks and agrees to hold

Cuddly Coos Farm harmless except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Cancellation

The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 90 days of the event may incur additional

costs if preparations have already been made.

Photography

Cuddly Coos Farm may use photographs from the event for promotional purposes unless the client

opts out in writing before the event.
